Since 1975, faithful to the artisanal heritage of Mentonnais, the Herbin House confituriers perpetuate the values and secrets of an old-fashioned manufacture inspired by the recipes of our grandmothers. Come discover them by a free guided tour.

Herbin jams are cooked and simmered the old-fashioned way, in small quantities. Our experienced jammers prefer a delicate preparation in copper basins ideal to preserve the natural taste of the fruit. The manufacturing process ends with the potting, sterilization and labelling, always respecting the authentic know-how of our artisans.
The Herbin house has become an emblem of the city of Menton, a must-see destination for its visitors. The guided tour of the house is always a success. The visitor discovers the entire process of making jams. Tasting an herb jam awakens the taste buds and awakens the senses. For some, it’s a journey back in time with childhood tastes. For others, it’s a taste discovery that shakes habits."
